Friendly: Lugano 3-3 Inter

Marko Arnautovic impressed on his non-competitive debut as Inter drew 3-3 with Swiss outfit Lugano at the Stadio Cornaredo.

Fejzulahi latched on to Silvio's assist and shrugged off a challenge from Vieira before beating Toldo to give the hosts a 19th-minute lead. Inter were level in the 24th when Quaresma, who had earlier hit the post, dribbled two opponents before firing past Cordaz.

Materazzi was forced off with a muscular injury before the half-hour, with Mancini creating two good chances before the break.

Lugano restored their lead nine minutes after the restart when Da Silva nodded home a cross from the left. Inter equalised for the second time two minutes later, Vieira finding the target with a classy chip shot.

Simone Boldini's men retook the lead again on 69 minutes through Silvio, who tucked home after Toldo blocked Rocca's shot.

Lugano's substitute keeper Wuthrich kept out a fierce left-footed drive from Arnautovic, who later set up Mancini, only for the Brazilian to head over. Mancini made amends with fifteen minutes remaining with a curling free kick that flew round the wall and into the bottom corner.

Arnautovic went close to a late winner when his lob shot went over the crossbar.
